Conveyors - Elevating

Fixed or variable speed drive. Flight pitches and heights to suit product and throughput. Angles of incline to suit customer's specific requirements. Units can be supplied with integral infeed hopper and discharge chute.

Conveyors - Flat Belt

Fixed or variable speed drives, dimensions and configuration to suit application, easy to clean, and standard units are complete with belt de-tensioning and self tracking facilities.

Conveyors - Vibratory

Using the electromagnetic or natural frequency principle, Planet Dryers vibrator units are designed to the highest quality standard, allowing for easy cleaning. Minimum maintenance is required to allow for continuous trouble free operation.

Cooling Conveyor

Cooling air modules positioned over a modular belt have axial fans fitted to create downdraft of ambient air. The cooling modules are hinged to allow for ease of cleaning. Gas springs are fitted to assist opening and support of the unit. Safety switches are incorporated to disable the fans when cleaning. A diffuser plate is fitted in each section. Airflow can be dampened either mechanically or electrically if required. A variety of belts can be used and with a variable belt speed of 15m to 60m per minute the units can be used for numerous applications.
