Planet Dryers’ roasting machines have the option of being supplied with either fully integral cooling sections or with a completely stand-alone cooling conveyor system.

Similarly we have previously supplied customers with units complete with band wash systems and coating systems for their pre-coated products.

For ease of cleaning and maintenance all the roasting machines are designed and built to the incorporate the highest levels of sanitation. Each unit comes with full access doors and wash down drains in the floor as standard.

To guarantee you with consistent drying of your products Planet Dryers also produces a specialised range of feed systems to suit a diverse range of applications. The specifications include: reciprocating belt, oscillating rake, vibratory scarf edge and elevating conveyors.
